#1 Automated Advertising

Effective digital advertising, when done correctly and within KPI, is the single fastest way to scale. When done incorrectly, it can be the biggest bleed of capital.

Fortunately I’ve been able to cut down the cost of leads for companies by 50% to 90%, which allows massive extra, unrealized cashflow (profits) that become usable for now scaling rapidly but responsibly.

#2 Memorable Marketing

This is the prospect’s journey from learning that you exist all the way to creating interest enough to speak to you(r team) about exploring your services. When done correctly, the people that you actually invest your “human” time with all are already educated, interested, more qualified, and more ready to buy so that your sales efforts and time are invested on people who are a fit.

When done incorrectly, you’ll notice you’re spending a lot of time explaining, qualifying, and trying to determine how to get them interested in choosing you over your competitors or attempting it themselves.

When you’re spending less time to enroll clients and doing less sales calls with the wrong people, you will have an abundance of newfound time to hire a sales rep and address your now-growing service department.

Sales is the process of simultaneously understanding your prospective clients unique needs, showing that you have a solution that fits their needs, and moving them into a stage where you can actually now help them as a client.

When done correctly, enrollment calls are all very similar because the marketing did a good job, and this creates an opportunity to bring on a sales rep because instead of having to explain the services, the marketing does this well, so sales reps just become order takers.

This creates scalability in the sales department and low refund rates and complaints of incongruences.

While some of what you do is highly technical and leverage is your experience and unique understanding of past client situations:

As the service department is handling more clients: systems and processes, software and technology, and people will need to be added in to ensure a consistent, streamlined, coordinated, trackable, and satisfactory experience happens for all clients so that they have a positive experience,

this way their positive experiences can be shared in the advertising and marketing department,

which allows for cheaper and cheaper cost of acquisition of clients, and also increases the morale of your new clients as they are inspired to get similar results with you versus "the other guy."

And: team members are only brought on when new levels of profits exist to cover hiring them.

#6 Fluid Finance

As the collection of clients payments move away from you, it’s important to make it easy to collect payment but also hard for team members to take (steal) money, but also ensure that you don’t get stiffed for your extremely valuable consulting, advice, filing fees, and time.

I will show you how to implement some best practices to protect yourself all around and allow money to flow more easily, and more upfront so that you spend less time chasing clients or doing collections work, and more time doing what you do best: helping clients.

Plus, I will show you how to reduce the price objection by offering your prospective clients funding programs specifically designed for what you do.

#7 Lionhearted Legal

While I trust that you have your service agreement in place, there are other legalities to keep in mind when growing, such as bringing on local or international team members, and regulations to consider when running paid advertising publicly.

I will look at your service agreement to look for vulnerabilities, and I will also be able to suggest dozens of things to ensure are addressed in your employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, affiliate agreements, partner agreement, and even your terms and conditions. Over 1,400 clients have signed our service agreements, so I've learned a thing or two.

What do you mean by a growth agency?

Imagine if an advertising agency, a marketing agency, a sales consultancy, an operations consultancy, and a business strategy firm all merged into one place.

What if things break as we scale?

When we solve one problem, it often creates another! But, they are "high-quality problems." One we have too many leads, it creates a new problem: We need someone to speak to them. Once we have too many clients, it creates a new problem: We need more staff. This is why responsibly scaling in a strategic, linear way is so important.

I don't have time to grow my business.
